End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Benja Tech, the developer of Pro Soccer Career ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Pro Soccer Career (the "Game"), you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install or play the Game.

1. Your license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Game or any part of it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game's source code or assets, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Cheat, exploit bugs for advantage in ways that harm the service, or interfere with the Game's ads or purchase mechanisms.
  • Use the Game for anything unlawful.

3. Ownership

The Game — its code, artwork, design, names, and everything in it — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All players, clubs, competitions and people in the Game are fictional; any resemblance to real people or organizations is coincidental. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership to you.

4. Purchases and virtual items

The Game may offer in-app purchases (for example, removing ads, XP packs or career perks). Virtual items and currency have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are lost if you delete your save or the Game. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled through them as their policies and your local law provide.

Every purchase is verified with the store before the Game delivers it, which needs an internet connection. Items from purchases that are refunded, charged back, or that we find to be fraudulent may be removed from your game. One-off purchases can be restored on a reasonable number of devices. What the verification sends and keeps is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The free version of the Game shows advertising: interstitial ads at natural breaks, and rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Removing ads through a purchase removes the interstitials; rewarded ads remain available, since they only ever play at your request. Ads are provided by third parties; how they handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game — or any feature of it — at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. The Game is in active development and things will change.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break this agreement. You can end it at any time by deleting the Game. Sections 3, 8, and 9 survive termination.

8. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may revise this agreement from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
